Advertising Disclosure

MomentScience functions as a digital marketplace, connecting Advertisers with Partners (publishers, website owners, application developers, etc.). This disclosure explains our financial model and the nature of our business relationships.

How MomentScience Generates Revenue

MomentScience operates using a dual revenue model that facilitates the exchange of advertising services:

  • Advertiser Commissions: Our primary revenue comes from Advertisers. We receive compensation, typically in the form of commissions or fees, when their advertisements are displayed, clicked, or result in a conversion on our Partners' platforms.
  • Partner Charges (Self-Sourced Ads): MomentScience also provides technology that allows our Partners to run their own direct or endemic advertisements (ads sourced independently by the Partner). For providing this platform, service, and technology, MomentScience charges the Partner a fee.

Our Relationship with Partners and Users

Ad Types: A Partner's site may feature two types of ads: those sourced by MomentScience from our Advertisers and the Partner's own self-sourced direct/endemic advertisements.

Compensation to Partners: We compensate our Partners for running the ads sourced through the MomentScience marketplace.

MomentScience's Role in Rewards: MomentScience does not have its own user base and does not provide cashback, perks, or rewards directly to individual end-users.

User Rewards: While MomentScience does not issue direct rewards, the users of our individual Partners may earn perks, cashback, rewards, or other benefits. These incentives are provided either by the specific Partner or directly by the Advertiser. Any such rewards are governed by the respective Partner's or Advertiser's own terms and conditions.

Transparency and Independence

The selection and placement of advertisements on a Partner's site are influenced by the financial arrangements we facilitate, whether that is the compensation we receive from Advertisers or the fees we charge to Partners. Regardless of these business dynamics, MomentScience's role remains strictly that of a facilitator—a marketplace ensuring the efficient connection and placement of advertising content.
